Q&A

Q: Do I report for preseason or traditional move-in?

Report to campus for preseason move-in on August 3rd if you are part of one of the following teams: new football, women’s volleyball, men’s soccer, or women’s soccer.

Note: Some teams—cheer and band, for example—may report for a later preseason check-in. Specific coaches or directors will provide that information.

Report to campus for traditional move-in on August 24th if you are a new traditional residential student who did not participate in the preseason move-in.

Q: Can I move in before my assigned date?

You cannot move in before your assigned date. Room access will be given to confirmed residents only on or after their assigned move-in date. Students who arrive early will be directed to find another accommodation until their move-in date.

Q: If I do not have a room assignment, may I come to move-in day anyway?

Please do not make plans to bring belongings to campus until you have finalized registration and have established a payment plan.

Q: Do I have to attend orientation activities August 24-27?

All new Warner University students—preseason, traditional, commuter, and transfer—are required to attend orientation activities. Please check the schedule for activities or requirements for your specific group.
